We would have liked something...

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good and decent hours.Water accessible to us to fill up our water bottles. The room was clean and the bed was decent. Pool temp was nice and pools were clean. Good hours - open til 10 pm . Complimentary cookies. Nice staff - everyone was friendly
Disliked: Thicker blankets - we had to ask for an extra.Bathroom seems a bit below average - the glass in the shower doesn't fit totally so the floor gets wet. Bathrooms seem like they need a remodel.There needs to be some benches and tables with umbrellas in the front of the building so we can sit outside. Courtyard area is quite small - could be extended to be nicer.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Only place...

Liked: I love everything about this hotel and the staff! Everyone is EXTREMELY nice and goes out of their way to help you! Always smiling and happy knowledgeable but the kindness and compassion they give is amazing! They talky need to be recognized for that!!! That's what keeps people coming back! They represent your hotel in a great way!!! I'm so glad I found it! This is where we will stay everytime we come down. The beds are great, its super clean, t's quiet, it's close to so many things and restaurants literally right there. You feel super safe here. Can't say enough good things about this place! It's our go to hotel that's for sure!
Disliked: I noticed it's putting the bad thing at the very top of this review and my review Title is saying I love this place. I do love this place! The bad should be at the bottom! Cuz the bad is very fixable! This a GREAT HOTEL!!! At check in which has happened twice is being told in front of everyone a card was declined! ONE I called to see what the TOTALl amount was going to be charged INCLUDING DEPOSIT so I had the total amount in a certain account. I told the clerk what the amount was (IF SHE SAW A DIFFERENT AMT SHE SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING BEFORE RUNNING WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO WHICH WAS WRONG AMT!) she put in a higher amount and she put in a different deposit amt so it declined it. Again it's done in front of guests loudly and she didn't listen to what I told her what I was i told and what deposit amt i was told. IT'S EXTREMELY EMBARRASSING AT CHECK IN WHEN..IT WAS HER FAULT NOT MINE! You really need to fix that!! And if you are only staying 1 night $200 deposit insane when it's higher than the room cost on top of when you are staying one week after another and haven't gotten the first deposit back yet. That's expensive. But these are the only bad things to say. Hopefully the humiliated Check in issue can be done a different way immediately Don't make guests look like losers please. I also heard it happen to a guest before me so it just didn't happen to me!Oh and the air goes from ac to humid sometimes not sure why. Didn't do it on the first week we stay thank goodness, but on the second trip it did. We had the same room so not sure why but it was ok.

My stay was..short but sweet.

Liked: I liked the overall experience of staying there. Staff were very friendly, and easy to talk to. Room had good amount of towels, body care items, andbeds were made nicely. Breakfast had a nice setup.. I enjoyed the oranges and the flavored water the most.
Disliked: To start, in our room we didn't like style of shower, as it's curved at the bottom kind of risking someone slipping and falling. My fiance agreed saying he felt like he could slip had he stepped incorrectly in the shower..Also didn't like the lack of.. a step to support leg/feet washing or something to sit on in the shower. I feel like a fold down stool out of the wall or something would be a safe alternative especially for disabled bodies. As for cleanliness, I spotted a couple black spots around the edge of the door of the shower as I was showering. Outside of the shower, on the walls in the bathroom and near the sink, it was dirty and had food/dust/ maybe even bodily fluids..on the wall. I clean my walls at home so I can only imagine. A couple our towels also had small brown stains, and such on them so we used them as floor towels. Lastly, the beds are also super uncomfortable..to hard for someone having back pain. I feel these are things that should be considered when it comes to talking about budget.
