Disappointing

Superb

Liked: This place is going through a major remodeling. You can tell they are investing plenty to make it very nice and comfortable. I stayed there when it was a Marriot, then in between and now SureStay. They have upgraded the rooms, beddings, beds, ACs bathrooms floor etc. Very comfortable room, AC new and doesn't make a sound! the Gym was also upgraded with new Cardio machines. Breakfast was Good, plentiful, please add skim milk or oat milk for those lactose intolerant, it will be helpful. this will do it. The family man aging the hotel very nice and courteous, still remodeling, so there was construction understandably so. when does it will be a nice value! very nice hotel.
Disliked: It is still under construction so understandable...but promises to be a nice property.

Once in a life time...

Liked: Breakfast and location was great for me and my needs
Disliked: Someone was in my room when I arrived and the clerk tried to justify it initially and claim no one had been in there. After viewing the room the comforter was dirty a phone charger was left in the room and the clerk claimed they provide chargers. I did wind up getting another room so I was happy about that

Truly awful, will never patron...

Disliked: There were plastic bags over a majority of the windows, our toilet did not work all night, 3rd floor smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke, manager is extremely rude.

Disliked: Hallways were dirty, it was not advertised that it was under remodeling nor that the pool was closed. Evening guy that checked us in was hard to understand, he talked to fast.
