Not happy with our stay

Liked: Can’t really say anything I liked.
Disliked: We paid for our room in advance through booking.com and when we got t the property they tried to charge us again. We had to get on the phone at 3 am i try to get the issue resolved. It took forever and we were tired. Our first room , room 102, that we reserved, the bathroom toilet leaked all over the floor. They gave us another room , room 106 and we noticed that the smoke detector was missing only wires were dangling out of the unit. I had to repeatedly ask to have the room cleaned and some days they only replaced to towels. One day they replaced the towel nd when you used the towel, the towel just fell apart. Breakfast was to be included and I had to repeatedly ask they to fill the bins with food. Some days, I had to ask them to clean the room and they only replaced the towels. In the tub, the center faucet was loose and they center screw was fallen out. I mentioned it to the staff and they said they would take care of it. They never fixed the faucet. The bathroom grout was disgustingly and appeared to have never been cleaned because of the color of the grout . The area where the washer and dryer was unkept.
