Avoid at all costs, go...

Liked: Nothing at all, do not recommend in the least.
Disliked: Absolutely everything could have been better. We started off by getting a key to a room that somebody was already staying in. I had to go back to the front desk to tell them and they then gave us the room next to it. As my husband was unloading the car, my dog found a half eaten chocolate heath candy bar and I had to dig it out of his mouth, so the room was obviously not cleaned well. The people in the room above us were making so much noise from just after 8pm until 10:45 pm when we called the front desk. We could not only hear the commotion, we could also feel it, they were so loud and rambunctious. After calling the front desk, they stopped for about 20 or so minutes and then started up again. At midnight, after getting absolutely no sleep, we could no longer handle it and we had to check out because the staff was completely unhelpful. My husband asked for a refund and we were told the manager would reach out the next day and talk to us to discuss and it has been 9 days and we still have not heard anything. Even booking.com reached out multiple times and they still have not heard a response. We even went so far as to reach out to Best Western corporate and opened a ticket and after 3 days, they still have not received a response. Absolutely terrible management especially since they won't even respond to corporate. They are not a very busy location and I would advise you to avoid at all costs. Go anywhere else!
