Won't stay there again

Liked: Breakfast was the worst we have ever seen at a BW, toast and only one type of jam, grape jelly, no other options, some cold ceral and old apples..what, who has apples in morning, there was oranges and yogurt at other places
Disliked: The staff were not friendly, and the one man could barely speak English. The key to the room didn't work..there was only one trolly. One! Being used by someone else and we had to haul our luggage I. The green space outside was covered with dog pooh. Just awful!
