Clean and comfortable

Liked: This is a budget hotel, there is no mistaking that, but it is very clean and comfortable. Plus, it's reasonably priced. The beds are especially good, the room is large, and it's directly across the street from the lake. The breakfast has a lot of choices so anyone can find something they like, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: If you happen to get a balcony room, note that the balcony overlooks the pool - which is inside the building. The balcony is not outside. It's not really a "not like," but if you want to sit outside on your balcony, you can't.

Did not get to stay

Disliked: I don't think your services help, my hotel was full and set for the wrong day, so not only did I not stay here, but I didn't get my money back or the date changed. 2 hotels in one day both booked both no refund, both no date change. Booking.com sucks.
