Liked: Mr. Patel was a wonderful host who was very friendly and helpful. There was an internet connection problem when I arrived but he took care of it in a timely manner. This facility did NOT charge different rates for every night's stay as the other hotels in the Gulf beaches are doing!
Disliked: Cleaning staff not delivering new linens one day and another day not delivering enough linens.

Liked: The room was very clean and the staff at night time and during the day were very helpfull and king. We really like their service.
Disliked: nothinh, we didnt have any issues.

Liked: I love staying here because I know it's going to be marvelous. The rooms are large compared to other hotels on the Tamiami trail.
Disliked: The pool was cold.

It was good enough

Liked: the bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower pressure was the best!
Disliked: Electrical outlets. Had to turn on the light switch to power the TV. I would have been okay with that if they would have told me ahead of time.
