Location was nice.

Liked: Room was clean and towels were replished everyday and bed were made everyday.
Disliked: Breakfast was just ok. No where to sit, we had to take it to our room.

Liked: The breakfast was ok
Disliked: The first were shown into had not been cleaned and the pillow was all yellow and had clearly been used. There was cigarette ask on the floor and when we informed reception they tried to convince us that it was powder that they sprinkle on the carpets, when it stank of smoke.We were moved to another room which had been cleaned but wasn’t spotless and smelt musky. There wasn’t anywhere to hang your clothes.Breakfast was ok.

Disappointing

Liked: Strong smell in the room couldn't get rid of it. Washer didn't work ,clothes soaking wet had to hang out to drip.Told the front desk they knew about it gave me the 3 bucks back and told me to put dripping wet clothes in the dryer but I didn't do that. I told them they should at least put a note on it but no one did. Also it was advertised a mile from the beach and it was not .It was at least 6 miles away if not more. I won't go back. I did not take any photo's of the room it was so so. Beds were comfortable. I would rate this as Fair.

Superb

Liked: Mr. Patel was a wonderful host who was very friendly and helpful. There was an internet connection problem when I arrived but he took care of it in a timely manner. This facility did NOT charge different rates for every night's stay as the other hotels in the Gulf beaches are doing!
Disliked: Cleaning staff not delivering new linens one day and another day not delivering enough linens.
