Liked: The location was decent.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t knowledgeable. It took us over an hour to even get checked in. It had roaches in the room. The heat wasn’t working so we had to change rooms. The next room the heating was stuck and the air wasn’t working well.No batteries in smoke detectors and we killed roaches in that room also. Staff didn’t know how to prepare the breakfast, we had to mix our own waffle mix and turn on the waffle maker.

Liked: I wasn't in St. Louis
Disliked: Poor cleaning. Pooh selection of food that they considered breakfast. And when we got there a guest said that her room had bedbugs

Liked: Nothing the hotel is ran down and disgusting!!
Disliked: They had bed bugs!! The ceilings are caving in!! The rooms smell like smoke roach residue and mold. The covers are dirty the roof leaks water it’s horrible!!
