Comfortable beds if not the size advertised; clean; wifi worked in room mostly; door to bathroom coming apart at side seam, with peeling paint. Surprisingly little noise from bar right below our room or from the street outside our window. But didn't get the room as advertised online and the desk clerk couldn't resolve.

I booked online and printed out my receipt. Wanted two queen size beds with amenities including fridge, microwave, hair dryer yada yada. Checked in and was disappointed. No amenities. There was nothing I could do and nothing your staff could have done. Would like some kind of restitution other than 'when you book online, you might get just anything other than what you thought you were getting'; as quoted by one of the hotel staff. Sorry, didn't feel safe - seedy part of town.

Liked: The staff was awesome at check-in and check out. Gave water when asked. The staff made the experience better. The room was fine, though there was someone's hair in the tub. I would have given a great rating if there wasn't so much noise at night from like 10 pm to 1am. People coming in late were not considerate, so I didn't sleep well. Was that on the hotel? I wish the hotel created and enforced a quiet after 10pm policy to ensure less of the noise happened. There were numerous door slams and loud noises and voices, not a few.
