Liked: Proximity to multiple places on my itinerary. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: A little noise from Fwy and Airport, but that’s to be expected.

Liked: The beds are comfortable. The room includes a basic breakfast. The staff is nice. Good bang for the buck.
Disliked: We could hear a lot of freeway noise as our room was on the backside of the building.

Unprofessional and had bed bugs

Disliked: The morning receptionists was very rude. I had let the graveyard shift know that I needed a late check out and they said it would be fine. Once she came she was very argumentative and didn’t allow me to check out late. Also I let them know that we were getting bite by bed bugs showed video of them stated that I had to wait for manager and they never came or called me. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t stay there ever again. Never was refunded anything

Liked: I very much liked the night shift Guy who provided me the things like extra pillows and extra towels. He was awesome! I wish I remembered his name?
Disliked: The Ladie at the front office on Sunday January 05 2025 appeared to be annoyed and not happy in serving the customers. You can tell she didn’t want to be helping people. Perhaps she was having a bad morning? Hoping In the future she will be much more attentive with a smile on her face!
