Liked: the check in process was easy and checking out. The employee for both processes was prompt and polite.
Disliked: This place advertises a “hot breakfast” and has anything but a hot breakfast. It’s literally toast,Cereal, prepackaged mini muffins, oranges, packets of oatmeal and coffee. That was it oh don’t forget the orange juice.If you don’t have it don’t advertise it also bad weather was coming in over the weekend so we tried to ask for an extra blanket at the front desk and the front desk personnel “did not have access to blankets” but could give out two towels. Showers no bathtubs but advertised bathtub/shower rooms.

Great place for "night owls."

Liked: The only part about the room that was decent was the bed. it was comfortable.
Disliked: everything except the bed. the early morning staff was rude, the people above us and beside us banged on the walls and ceiling all night long.

Bad management

Liked: Liked that the price was affordable and there were NO bugs. It was quite and not a lot of "rowdy riff Raffy people".
Disliked: I work late and would get woke up by housekeeping pounding on the door. If I didn't get to the door fast enough they'd open the door. My family and I kept the room clean so we DIS NOT need the service. We stayed for 4 weeks and we're told to leave because we didn't let housekeeping in. I know they were mad after we departed and they could find NO reason to keep my deposit and the fact that the room was CLEAN enough for housekeeping to not do more than change the sheets.
