Liked: Rainbow!!! The front desk clerk, she is the best! So welcoming and helpful! I would go back just for her wonderful and awesome customer service. The room had all that I needed and very comfortable.

From buzzing utility noises to...

Liked: At first our stay was fine but in the evening our room became loud with the buzzing of a utility room behind it.
Disliked: The buzzing electrical room noise and then asking to be moved lead us to a room that had absolutely no heat. We were i minus -2 weather I belive this was because of the inconvenience of asking to be moved I will never stay with this hotel again.
