Disappointed.

Disliked: Front entrance was a hangout spot for smokers and a very sketchy looking group. Never saw a front desk associate. Morning of checkout the fire alarm went off due to lack of supervision of the breakfast area. This place is going “down-hill” in my opinion. I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past, each time being a little worse. I won’t be staying here again.

Disliked: Made a reservation but when I got there they said they couldn’t find it I assume they gave my reservation to someone else I assume a friend

Liked: Did not eat. Did not care for anything at this place.
Disliked: We had no washcloths in the room to take a bath with. Called front desk, had to leave message about it. They didn't bring any or return my call. Air didn't work good. The cart for loading your belongings was in bad shape. Carpet was filthy and smelly.
