Liked: Nice staff and very nice room. Love the full size shampoo, conditioner and soap dispenser in the shower! Very clean!
Disliked: Liked everything.

Disliked: Crickets many of them in the room suppose to be a non smoking facility but.. I couldn’t step outside my door without smelling cig smoke, couldn’t get clerk to come to front desk so I could get a receipt . NEVER AGAIN!

Liked: The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I expected more than a choice of Raisin Bran or Fruit Loops for cereal choice and either Strawberry or Strawberry-Banana Yogurt in a continental breakfast. I expected the breakfast to also include pastry choices and bread to toast. I did enjoy the coffee and juices.

TERRIBLE!!

Disliked: Large bugs on floor and toilet had not been cleaned from prior use.

Liked: We liked that there wasn’t carpet in the room
Disliked: The ice machine was broken. They advertised vending machine and there wasn’t one. Light poured in around the door at night. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower and they were empty. Shower head wasn’t great due to poor water pressure and it took forever to get warm enough to get a shower. Not worth what we had to pay.

TERRIBLE

Liked: It was terrible . The manager lied about a comforter being stolen and charged me 300$ for something I did not take. The decor is ugly so it wasn’t a reason to put that cheap mess in my house. Terrible customer service extremely rude and dishonest people.
Disliked: Nothing it was nasty. Dead crickets all over the room including in the bed
