It was a disappointing stay.

Liked: Convenient location as we travelled south. A variety of dining options nearby.
Disliked: The entire facility feels old, used and unclean. Doors stick, carpets and floors are dirty and the smell of lingering smoke is everywhere. Pet smells also persist. This overall lack of cleanliness and need for upgrades turned us off. Our breakfast lacked variety, as it wasn’t restocked. The toaster didn’t work, eating utensils were in very short supply and the food area had not been cleaned.y

Disappointing

Liked: Microwave didn't work and when I was taking a shower and saw roaches in the bathroom

We left and didn’t stay.

Liked: Nothing, we had to leave and find another hotel.
Disliked: Everything the hallway had garbage in the floor. Our first room smelled like cat pee and our second room smelled like cigarettes and hadn’t been vacuumed and there was a red substance on the wall and in the carpet.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
Disliked: The worst part was the location. Florence can be a difficult place to navigate.

Liked: location was good
Disliked: dogs barking all night, floor was dirty, door to room did not have security lock. door to bathroom did not have a knob, blood stain on the back of the bathroom door

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Biggest complaint was the smell. Stunk like cigarettes big time. I have a CPAP and had to continue tasting smoke for days after.
