Beds are hard, bad parking

Liked: Location was close to the freeway.
Disliked: The bed was very stiff and hard. We were given a room at the end of the building with all the other large vehicles that took up more than 1 parking space each. We had to park on the other side of the building, where very few were, and walk around.

Liked: Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.Close to a lot of extras (restaurant, store and car wash).Easy check in.
Disliked: Pool AND hot tub closed for "season". Island on the main road out front is a pain to drive around.Some staff was rude and questionable.

Disappointing

Disliked: When checking in the young lady was very rude/unpleasant, had I not prepaid for the room, I would not stay at the facility and I would have requested not to have been charged due to the facilities representative. What a horribly unpleasant experience considering our visit was for a family passing. Also the bathroom toilet did not flush correctly and the floor was extremely slippery and the shower curtain allowed water from the shower to not stay in the tub but made the floor saturated with water. I highly recommend training to staff on customer service etiquette this may help customers with their stay to be a more positive experience.
