It wasn't the worst, but...

Liked: It was fine. Lots of pillows.
Disliked: We were there for 3 nights and had to share wet towels a lot. I requested extra towels in our booking but still only 2 sets upon arrival. I asked the housekeeper for a couple more, but he didnt speak English and wanted to charge extra for more. The room was ok but the recent "upgrade" was sloppy and unprofessional, not hiding that it is an old run down building. Neighborhood was uneasy for our family too. Lets just say we didn't let our teens go to the car without us.

Disliked: It was dirty and out of date nothing worked not even the phone and it didn’t have WiFi even though it is stated in the room details

For one night, my stay...

Liked: I like the area of hotel, it was clean, good location, and just minutes from everything! The breakfast selections could be better, however hotel is just minutes from different restaurants. The air conditioning could be updated, it took a few tries to get the temp. Just right. It's nothing fancy, but great option. I would actually come again!
Disliked: The air conditioning, the breakfast selection, and it took awhile for me to get service at the front desk.

Liked: Great location; short walking distance to all downtown area including River Walk. Staff welcoming and accommodating! Clean room!
