Disliked: There was a slight smell in the room coming from the bathroom, but nothing too bad.

Liked: Most of the staff was absolutely awesome from Shanaya and the other younger girl at the front desk to the very polite cleaning lady. The older woman at the front desk could learn some more hospitality, her face often is off putting. Smile once in awhile! The property was clean. The price was great. The location wasn’t bad for our VT campus tournament location.
Disliked: No pool but that’s not a deal breaker. The breakfast could use some help, very limited but it works. The bed in 225 closest to the bathroom was broken and that made it noisy and uneven.

Disliked: Things and fragments of food from prior guest on floor and pieces of papers, wrappings under bed edges. Sounds from room next louder than expected from talking and bed movements.

Liked: The staff were very nice and patient. We got to check in at 1:00 instead of 3:00. Very clean and large room and comfortable beds. ( We wanted to take them home). We liked how the beds were separated by the little kitchenette.
Disliked: The breakfast bar needs a little more food like eggs, toast, waffles.
