The floors are very squeeky. If you have a first floor room, forget it. You may be up all night, and early in the morning. We got a smoking room because there was no way to ask for a non smoking room. It reeked! Luckily, they had one room available that was non-smoking. The worst parking structure in the history of mankind! I can't even imagine that it met any kind of code. Dangerous to your car's health, as was evident by all the paint on the concrete walls, and chipped concrete at the turn at the bottom....if you make it that far!

Liked: Joanna was amazing best part of my stay
Disliked: Parking lot is way too narrow of incline, I opted to park in the back after almost having a fit trying to get my car out, had to get the front desk man to help me. This property can be a bit noisy as they leave the front door open. Either way sorry to say I will not stay here again. Thankfully I only stayed 2 nights, I'll stick to the Beverly laurel up the block.

Disliked: Location and Parking options. They have two parking options.One in basement has very narrow exit option and if you any car other than compact, you will need special skills to take car out without putting scratches on it. Also, if cars close to exit are not parked properly, it makes things even more difficult. I had a mid size suv and it got badly scratched due to very narrow exit.The option in the alley behind the hotel. It looked very sketchy with garbage boxes and homeless people there. Also, I felt unsafe while accessing my suv in the night.Lastly, I saw people, nonguests, hanging around near outside steps of the hotel.
