We rented three rooms for the family. We had an enjoyable trip to the Kentucky Railway Museum and enjoyed our stay at The General Nelson Inn. Very nice rooms and a good restaurant located nearby. We would return again and again and will let others know of our experience.

Disliked: I don't believe there were any bad qualities.

Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was really clean. Check in and Check out was easy. The staff had good recommendations.
Disliked: A/C did not get cold enough.

Liked: Close to town. had joint rooms that were connected which was nice with family staying next door. Helpful staff with a standard continental breakfast.
Disliked: Room had a musty scent to it. Quite hour was not respected by several guests that were having loud conversations in the under covered patio that is adjacent to the parking lot and rooms. pillows were uncomfortable.

Disliked: the pillows were huge and uncomfortable. way too puffy and left me with a stiff neck in the morning. the couple we traveled with said the same thing. also the breakfast room started cleaning up at 8:30 and those coming in at 8:45 were out of luck even though posted hours were until 9am
