Disliked: There were no elevators First night out tub was broke and we had no hot water it did get fixed the next night but it sucked not able to shower the first night There were no towels so we also had to wait for those to be wash. Friday night we checked in we paid cash. We left Sunday asked for a receipt and my card was then ran again. Can not get ahold of anyone there when I did I was told to call back tomorrow it could take 3-5 days to get my money back. I do feel like this is the staff not doing their job. It’s a lot of extra money to be taken that I wasn’t expecting. Staff were very friendly and nice along with combating. When there were an issue.
