Disliked: Hotel looked old and worn. Hot water wasn't! Carpet needed vacuumed.

I feel like our stay...

Liked: The location was in a safe area
Disliked: There were no elevators First night out tub was broke and we had no hot water it did get fixed the next night but it sucked not able to shower the first night There were no towels so we also had to wait for those to be wash. Friday night we checked in we paid cash. We left Sunday asked for a receipt and my card was then ran again. Can not get ahold of anyone there when I did I was told to call back tomorrow it could take 3-5 days to get my money back. I do feel like this is the staff not doing their job. It’s a lot of extra money to be taken that I wasn’t expecting. Staff were very friendly and nice along with combating. When there were an issue.

Liked: Decent location, breakfast was good, kids loved it
Disliked: Pool was kinda small we were traveling for a softball tournament so it was a busy weekend but we didn't even get to enjoy the pool cause the area was kinda small and there were about 12 kids in the pool so looked crowded. Price was alittle much we paid 112$ for 1 night it was a 2 day tournament but only stayed 1 night and decided to drive the next day cause price of room. I also booked to room on booking.com with a card I have saved when I got there they needed a card on file so I gave her a different one (my fault i guess) so when I checked in they ran the card I reserved with. About 3 hours after I checked out they ran the other card. Luckily I caught it.

My stay was very dissapointing

Liked: In town and close to the hwy.
Disliked: not very cleanroom had not been serviced before arrivaltowel rack was falling out of the wallneeds painteverything felt cheap and low quality for a hotel advertised as a "by best western" hotel

Exceptional

Horrible stay

Liked: We booked a king room with a spa tub when we got there we was put in a regular room and was told they messed up on booking so we payed for the spa room and ended up in a queen room! Was told the manager would call and fix it but she never called us.
Disliked: We had one towel in our room the phone did not work and the door knob was broken off.
