Superb

Liked: Very friendly and professional staff. Very helpful, patient and kind. The staff spoke English better than we spoke French, so communication was very easy.The atmosphere at the hotel was quiet and calm, which we loved! Housekeeping was brilliant. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy.
Disliked: The location of the hotel requires having a car or booking a taxi as it was about 20 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and 30 minutes to the tram. There's lots of hotels on that street and the Sure hotel was the very last. The breakfast buffet is not worth €15 per person. We came down at 8:30am and there were only 2 pieces of bacon left. Didn't like the texture or taste of the eggs.

Liked: Room excellent but hotel was empty and no restaurant.

Great hotel for quick overnight...

Liked: Good location, good facilities and able to take my dog.
Disliked: Not many staff around so had to wait at bar for quite a while to get a drink but otherwise good service.

Lovely stay in very comfortable...

Liked: Great hotel for overnight stay whilst travelling with dogs. Comfortable beds and dark rooms which allowed a great sleep.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Not a lot.
Disliked: Tha drab surroundings and the absense of a restaurant that served an evening meal with no attemot to advise me where there was a restaurant in the immediate locality.
