Superb

Good property but inexperienced and...

Liked: Nice, small, room with comfortable bedding. Amazing lobby and good breakfast area with huge (free) parking space, which is perfect as this place is far away from the main town so is best to get a car. The place is right near the highway so if you're using it as a base to explore Saint Emilion/Dune of Pilaf then this hotel works well.
Disliked: The AC did not work at night and so we asked the receptionist to change our room, but he was a child (must have been in his early 20s) and did not understand English and refused to change the room saying that the hotel is full, despite his colleague telling us 4-5 hours earlier that the hotel is relatively empty. We then told him using Google translate that we would check out of the hotel (at 11 PM), and he then hurriedly changed the room and put us in a lower category room with a terribly small bathroom (much smaller than the bathroom in the original room). Luckily, the AC worked in this room and so we did not complain as in any case we were checking out the next morning at 10 aM.

Liked: Very modern and nice hotel with a great restaurant included, near a little lake, free parking, good access to highway
Disliked: Staff speaks little english. Mosquitos in the room if you open the window even in autumn.We were not supposed to open the window therefore but turn on the AC, but I could not figure out how it works

The hotel suited our needs...

Liked: There was a reasonable selection of items to choose from.
Disliked: There was nowhere to hang towels and only hand towel. The paper cups in the room were too small and we had to ask for bigger cups.
