Liked: the hotel has a special vibe to it, nice design and cool themes Staff were friendly generally
Disliked: Attitude of one of the staff wasn't good as the othersno gymroom aroma and smell could be better

Liked: The location is great, it is well connected with the city center.The room we stayed in had a nice and funny design, and the lobby was very chic and welcoming. There is a rooftop restaurant which has amaizing views of the city and the Prater Park. We really appreciated that even though the check-in was at 15:00 p.m. they checked us in way earlier.
Disliked: So, even if the room was very nice, it was a lot of dust in the room, and we noticed this when we first arrived.After 2 days of staying there we asked for the cleaning service. They changed the bed sheets, the towels etc but the dust was still there.It would have been nice to have a carpet in the room as it was a bit colder without it.
