Liked: Good value hotel, though it appears its target market is younger people, as it is also a hostel. But we had no complaints of noise, etc.Romina at the check in desk was outstanding!
Disliked: Please invest in better quality mattresses!

Liked: Good location and nice stuff!
Disliked: The hotel was cold and heating didn’t work well! Facilities are old or low quality. We booked for a 2 nights but after the first night we tried to cancel our second night and find another hotel, but while they don’t refund your money, we had no choice but stay.

Great staff, hip visuals, nice...

Liked: The staff was wonderful. They were very professional and friendly. The design of the hotel is quite hip. I really liked the soaps they used which is something I never think I would’ve said.
Disliked: Even though it is only a stop away from the central train station, I felt disconnected from the city a bit. The place felt more suitable for students and budget travelers. Perhaps due to the new years eve, considering there are many other hotels in the vicinity, I felt insecure in the location.

Disappointing

Liked: Staffs are friendly.
Disliked: The sewer in the shower room is extremely blocked. The bed is small and the pillow is uncomfortable.
