Liked: When we arrived the front desk clerk was asleep and we had to wake him. We had to go to the front desk at least 4-6 times just to get back into our room after stepping out bc none of the keys would work, not even the master key the staff tried to use and our stuff was all inside of the room already. Finally he got us back into the room. My dad used the bathroom and the toilet would not stop running, we check the toilet since it’s still running about 20-30 mins later and the whole bathroom floor was flooded from it, and also the towels had dirty spots on them. (Not sure what it was) We found a couple baby roaches as well crawling around near the beds. Finally we got switched to a different room upstairs and had no more issues after that. I will say the staff is great and very friendly and he did his absolute best to assure our stay was comfortable, he even upgraded our room out of kindness bc of all the issues.

For the money and location...

Liked: The staff was pleasant
Disliked: Water pipes in the bathroom didn’t work good. It took at least an hour for the toilet to fill back up with water and you could hear it dripping. Breakfast wasn’t that good. Just pancakes and cereal.
