Disliked: They didn’t clean my room or change sheets and towels

Disliked: The bottle of body/shampoo was empty. The lotion was empty as well the hair hair didn't work the plug in was bad too

Liked: I loved how close it was to the college, and the room was very good despite how cheap it was
Disliked: It smelled Mike cigarettes until I got into my room. My bed also had a few holes on the comforter and the sheets were slightly stained, but overall very good

Disliked: Extremely slow check-in. Staffer didn't greet us, told us didn't know how to use computer. Very poor customer service at front desk.

Liked: The man at the desk was very nice. The room was clean. Check-in was quick and easy. Reviews complain abt the breakfast. I never eat breakfast at these kinds of hotels, so it is not an issue. Cleanliness and quiet are two issues I do care about. This hotel passed with flying colors. Great location, too!
