Very good

Good place for the price

Liked: The staff was very nice . The hotel and room was decently clean but you can tell it's an older building . Great location if your going to the outlet mall.
Disliked: You can hear everything in the hallways and the breakfast options were extremely limited .

Indoor pool

Liked: It had a hot tub Pet friendly
Disliked: The pool was foggy and had a tint to it.The breakfast was not the greatest no warm food.

Disappointing

Liked: The tv wroud not turn on kept saying not recieving

Comfortable and very easy access...

Liked: Spacious room , guest service are good. Breakfast should be nice if the add real good meal not just grab n go breakfast.

Superb

Liked: Customer service and doing whatever necessary to make us feel comfortable.
Disliked: The continental breakfast. Not enough variety or nutrition so we tend to skip it.

I actually slept very well,...

Liked: When I arrived the receptionist seemed to be on the computer or her mobile device and had not noticed I had been standing at the (filthy looking) window until I knocked. She then was startled and came to attend me. The room looked clean UNTILL I got a good look at it. The duvet cover looked worn out. My throat feels raspy probably due to the disgusting Heater vents that were full of dust and gunk (I took a picture of it). The table looked like previous customers painted their nails on it. The door entry to the bathroom was filthy with what seemed like coffee had spilled and was not wiped up. Took a picture of that too. The floors were dirty. The bathroom shower curtain was torn and worn out.
