Disappointing

Close to outlet mall and...

Liked: If you are planning to go to the outlet mall, then this is a good location for a hotel.
Disliked: For a “ breakfast included” not much to offer!

Clean, decent option for staying...

Liked: The room was clean, there was a pool, everything functioned appropriately. Woodburn does not seem to have many hotels, and this was the lowest cost option we could find, which was kind of surprising given that it cost more than a similar hotel in many other cities. But for the cheapest option available, it was fine.
Disliked: Know that the breakfast is pretty spare: granola bars, some yoghurt cups, instant oatmeal, and maybe a couple bananas. I The front desk made this clear when we checked in, so it wasn't a disappointment or a surprise, but just know that this is what you're getting when you see the "Breakfast Included" tag when you're making the reservation.The bathtub/shower faucet was old and kind of difficult to finagle.
