Disliked: The front desk guy, even after already did my booking online, when I got there he says I would be able to stay because my card was a swipe and not a chip .. but I still got charged for not stay wtf

Satisfactory room/service but the pool...

Liked: Staff were friendly. I'm satisfied with the room.
Disliked: The pool and the hot tub need to be cleaned.The pool was very cloudy and the hot tub looked disgusting. After hiking I was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub and swimming but they did not look usable.

Liked: Front desk Velma's assistance brought light to this seasons holiday spirit. Thank you again Velma for your kind gestures in assisting with a room. Great location near Woodburn outlet, Dutch brothers coffee, Denny's 24 hrs, Walmart and steps away from gas stations and fast food restaurants. Being winter, indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, great temperatures for children to enjoy.
Disliked: Breakfast minimal options which consists of great value yogurt, Kirkland granola bars, bananas, oatmeal, juice, Coffee, hot cocoa. Tv remote worn out.Microwave and mini fridge a bit out dated, but works fine.
