Liked: Good breakfast and hot tub is nice have although we did not come prepared with bathing suits and also not enough time to go there anyway.
Disliked: Traffic noise is fairly loud.

Liked: everything was great. Staff were friendly, hotel and room was clean and breakfast options were great. Affordable and located near perimeter.

Liked: First night was fine, so i extended for a second, went out with some friends, one of whom had a few too many drinks and was unable to go home, so she stayed in my room, with a REGISTERED SERVICE dog. Pet friendly hotel, late at night, no current guest in room, no problem right? WRONG. At about 7:30am she leaves the room to attend to some running of errands, goes to shoppers etc., I fall asleep. She comes back shortly after, around 8 am, not dressed well enough for her excursion already, with a key card to the room. Unfortunately she cannot remember the room I am staying in, but is sure she will remember upon going back up to it. She is denied any entry into the hotel, her attempts at giving my name are completely ignored, no call is made up to myself to ask if she is my guest. She is made to wait outside (temperatures are -30 approx.) Now well not ideal in anyway and fairly nasty in the first place, she has blood pressure medication/heart meds she needs to take at specific times, and informs the staff of that. COMPLETELY IGNORED. Checkout time if I am not mistaken was 10:30am, I had planned on requesting a late checkout of 11-11:30 am, if and ONLY IF I did not re-extend for another night, which was the way more likely option. At 11:30 I am woken up by a panicked knocking at the door from a different friend, who informs me of the situation, that my friend has been down there for hours, freezing and in need of her meds. Immediately after finding this out and starting to get my things together, firstly her meds, there is a pounding at the door. Two men dressed semi-professionally and very stern looking, tell me i am being removed from the hotel, and am 'luckily' being given 5 minutes to get my stuff and get out. I ask very politely if i am able to pay for a re-extension, and any extra for the added fuss. Am basically yelled at no, so i close my door to quickly gather my
Disliked: belongings to rush out. I am a frequent hotel stayer, and in the past have had issues resolved by taking time stamped pictures right before leaving hotel rooms, thankfully i did remember to do this. For a room we were given next to ZERO time to clean/tidy up, not bad at all, maybe some clutter/dishes etc. on the bedside table and main desk, covers slept in but nothing excessive whatsoever. After leaving into the freezing cold weather now to find a new place to stay, thankfully next door at the Howard Johnson would take us in happily, and I stayed another 3 nights. I then realized I had forgotten an iPhone in the room, and also my $250 cash damage deposit, which i expected to have some sort of pushback on, but because of the state of the room and my compliance with everything, was sure we could come to some sort of agreement. On my way back to the hotel I am contacted by an ex-girlfriend, who is irate at the fact that her mother has just informed her of ALL (and more completely falsified) excitement of the morning, names and everything included. Not only this but she has been told that SHE HERSELF has been banned from the hotel, for no reason other than her prior relationship to me. This information has been very quickly and openly relayed by her sister, Crystal McWey (apologize if misspelled) who is a member of the staff at the hotel, i believe a maid. I explain that yes I had screwed up that morning, but not NEARLY to the level described to her family, and had certainly not been informed of myself or anyone i had associated with currently or previously for any reason been banned from the business. I knew she was not necessarily keen on myself or her sister, but in some disbelief I am contacted by my best friend, who had been contacted also immediately by Crystal, who while speaking of me and calling me things that are better left off this, has stated 'Tell your buddy he is no longer welcome to stay at MY hotel.
