Great location, decent value, strange...

Liked: The staff were friendly. The room could have been cleaner. The breakfast was lacking; the quality of the breads was poor. You could smell the preservatives/mould from the breadbox. It’s unfortunate there are no eggs. Windsor was awesome…SchoolHouse Brewery, Chef Dilly’s Food Truck and a show at Mermaid Theatre. We used the texting feature to ask about a cab but the company suggested wasn’t operating anymore.

Disliked: The coffee .... I am a black coffee drinker so there is nothing to cover the taste.... just disgusting!

Liked: Location was close to Highway and work site. Staff friendly easy to talk to. Rooms were quiet.
Disliked: Entrance to parking lot needed to be reworked, If you do not need handicap shower it was awkward as shower head was in the middle of the wall of normal tub. Also fridge was small.

Worst experience ever

Liked: Breakfast was poor pancake machine was broken and no source of protein Really can’t think of anything I enjoyed The man who came to fix the broken tv and phone was nice but that’s about it
Disliked: Didn’t like the hockey team that kept us up until 2 am setting up nets in front of our door made multiple complaints with no results or the chaos in the pool also finding broken glass at the bottom of the pool also complained about that also no results so we had to pull all children out which is the only reason we choose that hotel

Disliked: Unfortunately like my previous stay kids running up and down halls until midnight…. Getting wet feet walking to elevator no one cleaning it up from so many people using pool

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating- everyone from front desk to housekeeping! The housekeeping staff were fantastic
Disliked: The bunk beds showed a lot of signs of wear and the bathroom wall had some repair started and a big white patch on same wall was not finished … little pride in contents and really quite easy fixes. The breakfast had no hot foods other than the pancakes.
