Liked: Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable! Staff was very helpful. Would stay with your facility again.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: This property was a very pleasant surprise; it was much nicer than I expected it to be. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited but adequate. The location is at the southern end of Willmar on Highway 71 but it was still close to restaurants. If I return to Willmar, I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: No problems with this property.

Liked: The location is great. Close to Willmar hub.
Disliked: The window treatments. The curtains are great for blackout sleep, but if you want them open during daylight , there isn't privacy. It would be nice to have a lightfiltering option behind the blackout panels. (For daylight hours.) One other note: Room 106 could use a caulk refresh near tub and sink. Also, bath walls a good scrub. Thank you.

Not pleased with room and...

Disliked: We felt the room was not clean and after staying 1 night (we traveled hours and had a late check in, so tired and just wanted to sleep) we checked out and moved to another hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff here went out of their way to help me. I booked 3 rooms and forgot to ask for a handicapped room for my dad. The clerk found a way to get us all.downstairs together. Super friendly staff, housekeeping definitely takes pride in their work here, the room wad spotless. I liked the little sitting area out back with the beautiful flowers too. Great stay with a good price.
