Liked: No ice. No vending machine for drinks. Mattress was super hard.. I have stayed here before for work in 2021. It was better than.

Liked: It always a pleasure to stay here. I have been staying here for years. A very good choice!

I would class this as...

Liked: Bathroom was clean, with plenty of hot water and a hairdryer. Bed was comfortable. Microwave and fridge worked well. (Would have been lovely to know where the closest supermarket was though)OK location ( I had a car and was here for a specific event, so didn't explore much)
Disliked: I was under the impression that coffee/tea was available in room and breakfast was included - neither of which was true. (I stayed 2 nights, and realized on my second day there was tea/coffee/hot water available in foyer of the main building. Coffee was not my favorite, but it would have been nice if there was a note in rooms or if staff had explained this.)Room smelled - it reminded me of damp mixed with maybe air freshener?Drawers had dirt in them, but I guess they are not going to dust out drawers when guests leave.Walls are very thin so it was very easy to hear other people ( I could hear my neighbour loudly fart!!) and lights outside the window making the room very light at night.
