Disliked: They downgraded my non-refundable room that I booked and paid for in advance, without telling me. They refused to give me the room I paid for. The mattresses are old, saggy, cheap and worn out. I specifically said we had 4 people in our party and they gave us towels and toiletries for 3. The bath towels are slightly larger than a hand towel and paper thin. No sheets or blankets for the pullout. Cheap, thin pillows. Not even a full roll of toilet paper. The room next door had a huge barking dog the property did nothing about. Barked non-stop til about 3 am. Hotel told me to contact booking.com. I contacted booking.com about my concerns and was ignored.
