Super 8 by Wyndham White River Junction, White River Junction

I booked out a room for 2 days. When I checked in on the first day, the floor was very dirty. It seemed as if it had not been vacuumed for days. The next day I was out the whole time and came back at night only to discover that my bed had not been made and the dirty towels had not been replaced. We were four in the room: my husband and our children, so we used up all the towels which were not replaced. I had to call the reception for clean towels. I had a package deal - breakfast and internet included. Breakfast was between 6am till 10am. When we got to the dining room at 8am there was almost nothing to eat. The choices were very limited.

Liked: The beds are comfortable.
Disliked: Floors are dirty at check in.

Filthy shower

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was average and the shower was really filthy to the point we didn't shower there.

Disappointing

Friendly staff, great location and...

Liked: Easy check in and out, friendly staff, location, space in room, cable, continental breakfast, free coffee and water!
Disliked: Nothing!

Exceptional

Horrible experience and got kicked...

Disliked: No fridge or microwave, lost $90 in groceries. Was freezing and had to wear jackets under a heated blanket for first 2+hours then had to sleep with heated blanket.

Disliked: The beds were very narrow to sleep 2 people. To be waken up by owner 2 hours before checkout under pretence of "housekeeping".

It is sold aging hotel.

Liked: I had stayed here before . The staff was very nice and helpful. I was going to a winter event in a town about 14 miles away and the drive wasn't bad. I stopped to let them know I was in town but probably would not be back in town until early evening, the front desk said my room was ready and I could check in and go to my room. I had traveled from Maine so it was nice to have a room.
Disliked: After checking in, I went to the room to check it out and on the way out found the door would not lock . I went to the front desk and the front desk got a new room #29. The door would lock but would go in and out a little so I used chain lock for safety. I did notice walking around the hotel that they were other doors with handles missing. I did find dust bunnies in some corners but over all the room looked clean.
