I booked out a room for 2 days. When I checked in on the first day, the floor was very dirty. It seemed as if it had not been vacuumed for days. The next day I was out the whole time and came back at night only to discover that my bed had not been made and the dirty towels had not been replaced. We were four in the room: my husband and our children, so we used up all the towels which were not replaced. I had to call the reception for clean towels. I had a package deal - breakfast and internet included. Breakfast was between 6am till 10am. When we got to the dining room at 8am there was almost nothing to eat. The choices were very limited.

Disliked: Room was terrible, had cigarette burns in the linens, had stink bugs all over the room. I actually left the hotel and went elsewhere. Also had some questionable people just hanging around that made me feel unsafe.

Exceptional

Horrible experience and got kicked...

Disliked: No fridge or microwave, lost $90 in groceries. Was freezing and had to wear jackets under a heated blanket for first 2+hours then had to sleep with heated blanket.
