Disliked: I wasn't aware that the elevator wasn't working before we reserved the room on line and they said hadn't worked for a week and they said they were taking their time to get there.

Disliked: staff was unfriendly , was made to put a deposit down and was told it would be returned after check out and three days later still has not been returned . we got to the olgabee lights every year and stay in this hotel , next year I believe we will other options for our stay.

Liked: The breakfast was ok. We only had cereal and waffles. The coffee was bad.
Disliked: I was upset as we were checking out. The guy at the desk made me pay $25 for our puppy. We liked that it was a pet friendly motel, but wasn't told about the fee until we were checking out.
