Disliked: Wouldn't give my money back

Pleasant

Disliked: We was told we had to pay more after the second day we got there. Hotel was saying we didn’t pay for one of the rooms. Asked for credit card after booking with booking.com. Hotel employee was rude and told us we had to call booking. Luckily booking.com took care of it.
