Waste of money

Disliked: They over charged me for a different room then my registration i went from a king room with a king bed reservation to a room with 2 double beds and then gave my room to someone else while I was down the street getting food and didn't even bother to let us know the other guest let us know they had given him a key and said that was his room but when he walked in and noticed the TV was on he walked back out and told the front desk which issued him a key to a different room we were told the internet was down that they would run the card later but wouldn't swipe it till we were there then proceeded to charge the card while we weren't there after first canceling my reservation on booking to then charge me more for a smaller room in which the beds were uncomfortable has to be by far the worst experience I have had normally I have no problem with my reservations thru booking but this stay was terrible

Liked: The staff are some of the nicest people you could have during your stay. The hotel is the cheapest in the area yet has everything you'll need plus comfort. I stayed here for weeks and it was never loud. Housekeepers ask if you need any service every day. I had an amazing stay. They cared about our situation and truly cared. Worth every penny. Plus their doing some remodels and seem to always be working very hard to keep this place in good condition.
Disliked: Nothing crazy for breakfast but doesn't bother me. Comforters can be stained in some rooms
