Liked: I really appreciated my housekeeper attention to my room each day I stayed, except for the last night.
Disliked: I didn't care for the limited selection of fresh fruits. Only banana or apple. An orange or pear would have been nice alongside the apple and banana, especially during the Christmas holidays

Great value and good location

Liked: Customer service was attentive and very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast, though limited options, was well-presented. Dining area was kept spotless and coffee hot and tasty.
Disliked: Room rates were reasonable and a good value, however, pet fees were excessive. $50 per pet PER DAY fee far exceeds higher-star hotels fees.

Liked: Good location during our return trip to MI after visiting family in CT.
Disliked: Was hard to find because the outside sign wasn’t on and I kept passing it up. Our room was near the entrance and we could hear guests arriving after 10:30 pm when we were already in bed.

Didn't stay after they canceled...

Liked: They canceled our reservation after I called and confirmed
Disliked: Wanted to charge 50.00 per night after saying online pets stayed for free

Liked: Convenient and clean
Disliked: Handicap room but tub was a challenge even with bars to hold on to, walk in shower would have been better.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room.
Disliked: The walls and ceilings are very thin. The room can be very noisy. The first night there was loud music and floor thumping above us. Despite guests signing an agreement for no loud parties. The second night, the staff purposefully left that room empty for us and the night was quiet and very restful. Thanks to the staff. They are very proactive to act on noise complaints.

Disliked: It was a little noisy on the first floor this trip. I prefer the 2nd floor.

Liked: Easy off and on the highway. The hotel was clean. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: The breakfast was less than par.
