Liked: I didn’t get to stay here due to no pet rooms available. However, I experienced the night time clerk and she was very informative and caring. Very apologetic.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was nice
Disliked: The room was not too clean. There was tape on the smoke detector and what looked like blood splatter on the ceiling. The microwave was unplugged, and a lamp wasn't working because the plug wouldn't stay in the wall. The carpet and furniture were not very clean. The tub was painted about halfway up, and the paint was peeling in places. The grab bar for the tub was missing, and someone had stuck toilet paper in the hole where it was. There was a live roach crawling on the bathroom wall. There was not much of a blanket on the bed, and the beds were very soft for my taste.

Disliked: Condition of the room broken bathroom door knob and rusted looking bathtub drain. Brought it to the front desk attention as quick as we saw it. We were told we couldn’t move to another room because of my dog.Day staff accused me of breaking the knob and I got into an argument with her I explained I immediately reported it she said she checked the room and it was not broken. She couldn’t reach the night person and finally gave me my cash deposit back.. she did call and said housekeeping reported the broken knob. Really bad experience couldn’t shower due to the rusty looking tub.

Disliked: Nothing l didn't stay at this location at all so l was charge one night stay per my two rooms that l had reserved l tried calling booking.com after l checked in my rooms and saw the condition the rooms was in plus the location and cleanness of the room l called and left email with booking.com but no response from ya'll so l would like to talk with someone because again l was charge 191.00 for two rooms stay at this place to which l didn't stay.
