My stay at the Super 8 motel in Webster was wonderful; nice clean room; comfortable bed; spacious bathroom; it just was not equipped with a microwave.

Nice stay. Good for a one night stay for a concert.

Disliked: Trash in entry way smelled bad both upon arrival and departure. Toilet seat was not secure at all, I needed a different room. AC/Heat was very dirty, as well as rugs and furniture. Cups not covered by plastic. No tissues, no cover for ice bucket. No bedside lamp or electric outlets. Desk Phone didn’t work at all. Chair with ottoman was stained & dirty.

Liked: A few small donuts on a counter does not really fit the description of breakfast...one morning it was 8 am and nothing but juice was put out
Disliked: First impression walking into front door...disgusting water stains with some type of white substance all over carpet...smelled funky...BOTH soda and vending machines in hall way not working the the duration of our stayRoom non smoking, but smelled really stale...like post smoking tried to cover upHad to manually turn television on, and could not use remote for additional channels, could only get SpectrumTowels and sheets not white...more of an off light yellow type shadeYou allow pets, but there was no easily accessible place to walk our dog...had to travel down the entire length of the parking lot in the back, nothing along the parking side that was trimmed or groomed from brush,trees...The area to walk the dog was actually wet, spongy and swampy, overgrown grass and not trimmed to get to an area that actually looked decent, not sure how we were to get thereOn the way to walking the dog, there was alot of visible garbage/debris near open gross dumpsters...AND an actual spot that looked like it houses a homeless person, bike, chairs, sleeping bag on ground, little campfire area with a little stove, etc..Being that the front entryway was so gross, I was not impressed from the get go.Staff was pleasant but having to hear about their friend's personal problems while in sitting area not coolNot impressed, will not be staying at a Supper Eight, or any Wyndham establishments again...and will be cautioning others to not as well.In this economy where money has to be used wisely, we shall spend it elsewhere as this stay felt dirty and awkward.

If nightmare was a hotel,...

Liked: Staffs were nice and it's a pet friendly hotel.
Disliked: Hygiene and cleanliness were non-existent. There are red stains that look like blood on the carpet, and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for ages. There's trash behind the TV cabinet. Dust everywhere. The wallpaper is peeling off, the bathtub isn't draining properly, and the shower head is clogged. The new "fresh" is folded towels has huge visible stains on them. The room smells funky too. We tried not to think too much if they clean the bedsheets and pillows. Never open the sheet, ever. The horrid list goes on.

Liked: The staff were all extremely pleasant and friendly. Very helpful.
Disliked: Paint was peeling, mold in bathroom, rust, floors were sticky, some lights didn?t work, window was cracked.

Won’t be doing that again....

Liked: It was fairly quiet for the most part and a decent location close to everything. Convenient parking.
Disliked: Dirty and old alarm went off two nights in a row. Once for two times and once it was three times. I’m guessing it’s the emergency exit on the side that the guy at the front desk told me I could also use to take my dog out. I’m assuming that was the alarm and people shouldn’t have been using it. All of the vending machines and the ice machine were all out of orderAfter being in our room for a few hours, we couldn’t get back in and our keys didn’t work. We had to go get new ones.
