Won't be back.

Liked: Check in, 24/7 pool
Disliked: Booked months in advance and asked for a first floor room due to medical reasons. First floor wasn't reserved, but front desk was accommodating at check in. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were cheap, shower head was clogged, but worked, very limited breakfast. Toilet was tiny as well as the vanity.

Good.

Liked: Rooms were nice. We of course were in the dog area and other dogs would bark and ours would make ours start otherwise nothing bad.
Disliked: The guy checking me in was not very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I ended up getting very upset with him and had him call his manager and solving the issue. It then evolved into another issue of how I literally paid over my phone with an online check in while I waited in line in their lobby and he wanted to charge me again. Thankfully another girl come out from the back area and told him to check some kind of site to see if I paid and sure enough there it was. Finally got my keys and to our room where I could relax a bit after all that stress.
