Liked: Clean rooms.
Disliked: Bed smell, no breakfast, no coffee, crabbed stuff.

Liked: Pool was closed, no breakfast, no coffee bar.

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The king suite wasn’t a suite, it took forever for staff to assist at the desk. The breakfast wasn’t good/ their wasn’t much to choose from, the towels in my room were dirty

Disliked: The heater didn't work. No T.V. unless you wanted to pay per program. The batter for the waffles was watered down and would run out of the cooker. The gravy, for the biscuits and gravy, was cold and the biscuits were old and stale. When checking in the desk clerk payed little attention to me, just trying to get me checked in, then gave me wrong direction to my room. Only one blanket on bed which did not keep me warm, since the heater didn't work right

Liked: Beds were comfortable, heater worked
Disliked: 1. Pool was closed, never notified when booking or checking in. It was my daughters birthday and of course we were excited to swim. 2.im pretty sure my toliet was going to fall through the floor, bathroom should of been cleaner(baseboard covered in dust) 3! Breakfast- was supposed to start at 6am.. we didn't get there till 6:40.. coffee was still brewing, sausage gravey mix was ice cold.... not too impressed with my daughters birthday trip
