Pool always closed

Liked: Quiet room.
Disliked: Pool was closed. Was told it would be open in 30 minutes. It never opened. Bed was uncomfortable. King room is not available on the first floor. I am disabled and had to switch to a smaller bed. Was not comfortable for 2 bigger people. As a married couple we were not going to sleep in separate beds, as the desk staff suggested. The ceiling smoke detector was removed.

Not great but not bad...

Poor

Liked: They had signs closing the pool and hot tub pretty much all day everyday. And the Wi-Fi was terrible and did not work probably 75% of the time. It wasn't even strong enough to run my phone or a PlayStation for the days that I stayed there. Honestly if I would have known that I would have spent $20 more in space somewhere else.
