Disliked: Power was out in the area, we were forced to find another hotel we could not get in our room please send full refund

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room with towels and comforters, comfy bed, etc.
Disliked: There was a certain time frame to check in: after 2 but before 9.

Liked: I must admit the beds were very comfortable and the room was mostly clean.
Disliked: The hotel manager was awful. Terrible customer service! Anytime we had questions or problems he dismissed our concerns and was extremely rude and unhelpful. Also the bathroom had feces smeared on the wall when we entered and the fridge had black mold.
