Disliked: Checked in. Upon entering room found a filthy bathtub, bugs in bed and burnt burrito on paper bag in microwave. Asked for a refund at the front desk and told only the manager could approve a refund, but the manager would not be in for 1 or 2 days and they would call us. We moved to a different hotel. Once home we never had received a call from the manager so my husband called. Refund was denied because the room was cleaned after we left and should have been acceptable to us. We were NEVER told they would clean the room.

I will never waste money at a Super 8 hotel ever again.

Liked: There was no hot water in the shower. The tub was dirty. The bathroom floor looked dirty. The room was dated. There was a cigarette burn in my green blanket on the bed.

Disliked: The facility building is old. I don’t like going outside every time you wanna go to Office or go outside it was the winter on 2025 January 23 24th was very cold. I didn’t even wanna go to get a breakfast for the fact that you have to walk outside to go as isolated room for breakfast, they call hospitality room.Secondly, the room smells like a heavy smell. I don’t know if it’s the building. I don’t know if it’s a mold, but the first time when you get in you feel heavy stuff coming out.
