Disliked: The lady at the night window was rude , wouldn't let me pay and told me I had to pay $100.00 more than what I booked the room online for .

Superb

Liked: I liked that there was plenty of parking. I liked the size of the room. There was a desk with a nice chair. There was a TV but I didn't get around to using it. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Some cups and coffee packets. The bed was very comfortable. There were outlets everywhere in the room, which is nice.
Disliked: I didn't like that we were next to the freeway. The freeway is noisy but also easy to get back on the freeway. The toilet was very noisy even when nobody was using it. The tank would fill back up and make a high-pitched noise.

Had a great time until...

Liked: The breakfast is a joke and shouldn't be advertised at all, I liked the quiet and most of the staff,
Disliked: The manager was very unreasonable and actually rude and condescending, after staying ten days straight in a mid tier room I had trouble with my debit card, my banks whole system had crashed and was out of my control and impossible to prepare for. I woke up expecting to just pay another day as I had been doing, however the manager was totally confrontational about it and condescending and even threatened to call police because I was taking a long time to check out. I was there ten days and not planning to leave so I wasn't nearly ready to check out, I expressed that it was a problem out of my control and even showed him my bank statement highlighting the necessary funds were in there. He didn't care at all and only became more aggressive. I didn't receive my deposit back despite leaving the room in perfect shape and I ended up going to a different motel later that day once my debit card was working again. Based on this experience I will not return to that location and another one also partners with Wyndham which Ill tell you about in that motels email

Nice room considering the location...

Liked: I liked the size of the room and I thought the lady at the front desk was polite and helpful.
Disliked: Didn't like the area or the fact that there was a police presence lurking, however I could see why as the area is not a good one.
