Disliked: Requested in advance lower floor room, due to disabled veteran cannot do stairs., request previously room before easy access. Was given second floor room, no clean towels. Requested clean ones from front desk, rude guy and send send someone to bring towels, second call for towels clerk said no one available. Requested receipt after checkout, said one will be emailed to me. Never received, l called upon returned home and still nothing on receipt or refund on deposit . Requested to speak to Management, said not available.

Liked: My refund was processed. That is all I can say. Still waiting for it to post.
Disliked: The room was not up to exceptation at all. The smell of smoke was overpowering even for a SMOKERS room. The WIFI could only be used in the office and the staff were snorky and very "matter of fact" in speech. They wouldn't allow me to view the room before paying for it, which is completely unheard of. Especial with it being midday.
