Disliked: People directly above that pounded on their floor/our ceiling all night! Facility wasn’t full so not sure why someone had to be directly above us! did not get any sleep that night

Liked: Better tv selection.
Disliked: U could hear every noise and word the people in the rooms above me and next to me was saying and the people next to me kept trying to open the door in there room to get into my room from the doors inside the room. I had to ask them to please not mess with the door when I’m trying to sleep cause it was keeping me up.

Liked: Lobby was clean as was parking lot
Disliked: Candles lit everywhere- scent beyond strong- two set of keys to original room didn’t work. Was moved to a new room and that door didn’t lock. Was told to leave bc they had no rooms available. Still havent gotten my refund- called property numerous times, no answer or I’m put on hold and they hang up.
