Over priced Roach Motel
Liked: Love the location, only hotel in Union. Love the indoor pool.
Disliked: Roaches in my room!! And an ice cold indoor pool!Also paid $300 for 2 nights in a Super 8 with roaches is ridiculous. On a good note, breakfast was great, thank you

Decent value but overall a...
Liked: The location was quiet. Overall the room was large and comfortable.
Disliked: The wifi was terrible...barely available to connect to. Called the front desk about it right away and they told me it must just be a blip, but the problem persisted throughout my 5 night stay. The other major disappointment was being charged a pet fee for my service dog. I've been told the charge would be removed, but it's been over two weeks since I checked out. Looks like I may have to file a complaint with my bank about the illegal/unauthorized charge on my credit card. Staff were friendly but could use a refresher about service dog laws.

Amazing. Kind, accommodating best beds...
Liked: My husband and I flew in from out of state we had a wake and funeral to attend we needed to be there by 3 and couldn't check in till 3 the staff and manger were so kind and accommodating and had our room ready early when we got into town we were able to check in early and get a small nap and cleaned up and to where we needed to be on time. Staff was amazing. Beds were so comfortable didn't wake up in pain like other hotels. Showers were so clean as well which we've noticed are typically a downfall of most other hotels. Didnt get to try breakfast due to our schedule. I would absolutely stay here again.
Disliked: Weird funky smell on 2nd floor, however everything else was so amazing it out weighed this minor thing. Would still stay here again.
