Disliked: The room needs improvement. The bathroom floor was so sticky, seemed like it wasn't mopped at all. The carpet in the room and hallways were dirty and old. The chairs in the dining room were so stained and dirty. The lobby also needs some work.

We would not recommend this...

Liked: The bed was a king as requested; the reservation was correct; TV and toilet worked properly. Breakfast was included in the price and coffee and water were available.
Disliked: Bathroom floor, walls and tub were dirty; sink faucet was not easy to use; only a few towels were in room, and there was a notice stating there would be a charge if they were damaged. I wanted to make sure the staff knew we did not take them. Bed was uncomfortable. There were several people smoking out front of building prior to our check in. This was not an appealing introduction. If we had not paid in advance for this room, we would have been looking for a different hotel.

Liked: I liked that there is a lot of parking available.
Disliked: There was a strong smell of something in my room. I wouldn’t describe it as room spray it was like strong carpet cleaner or deodorizer of some sort. Not stinky but unpleasant for my liking.
